we liked this brand-new hotel. the personal was very helpful and wonderfully friendly. the location for istanbul was absolutely perfect and good, so close to the restaurant for someone who has walking difficulties, and tuzla shipyard. plus, it was about 15 minutes' drive to natural science museum.

It was easy to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with a great view and a safety box. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. - the location was absolutely perfect, very close to restaurants and easily accessible places like Tuzla Shipyard, which was only 1 mile away from the hotel.

I recently had the most amazing experience staying at a hotel in Tuzla Istanbul! The hotel was incredibly accommodating for handicapped individuals, with a completely stair-free environment. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, perfect for someone with limited mobility. The free underground parking was a huge relief, especially with the convenient elevator access. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even helping us access the restaurant and providing room service. The laundry service was a big help, and the front desk staff was always available to assist. The housekeeping staff was thoughtful and kind. The hotel itself was clean, well-located, and had great soundproofing. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and facilities.
